At Glamorous, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
